Everything you need to know about your rights, your data, and how CONCHA operates.
When you sign in via Google, GitHub, or Discord, we receive basic profile information provided by those services — including your name, email address, and profile avatar. We do not collect content you create within CONCHA (scripts, storyboards, voicelines, drawings).
Your information is used solely to operate and improve CONCHA. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
Authentication is handled by Google, GitHub, and Discord. Each provider's own privacy policy governs the data they collect during the sign-in process.
Your account and project data is saved locally. The only data saved on the server is licensing data, which you can request to have removed or transferred at any time.
We take reasonable steps to protect your experience, but no system is perfectly secure. Use CONCHA at your own discretion and avoid keeping a room open if nobody is joining to prevent unwanted access.

You retain full ownership of all scripts, artwork, storyboards, and recordings you create within CONCHA. By uploading content to the platform, you grant Nice Nibbles Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You may not use CONCHA to create or distribute illegal content, infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, harass other users, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Nice Nibbles Studio reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. You may also delete your own account at any time by contacting us.
CONCHA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Nice Nibbles Studio makes no guarantees regarding uptime, uninterrupted access, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nice Nibbles Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — CONCHA, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of CONCHA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the updated date at the top of this page.
CONCHA operates under three license tiers depending on who you are and how you use the platform.
Available to anyone who registers via the free license program. Grants a perpetual, irrevocable right to use CONCHA offline for any purpose — personal or commercial. Online features are currently included as a time-limited promotional offer and will require a Studio License once commercial licensing launches.
Free for all Nice Nibbles Studio team members and approved internal collaborators. No fees, no restrictions on internal creative projects.
Required for external studios, production companies, and partners who need full online feature access. Includes priority support, custom plugin development, and dedicated onboarding.
The following terms apply specifically to users who have registered a free Personal License.
Your free Personal License grants you a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to install and use CONCHA in its offline capacity for any purpose — personal or commercial — for as long as the software exists.
Online features (real-time collaboration, cloud sync, and networked rooms) are included during the current promotional period at no cost. Once commercial licensing goes live, continued access to online features will require upgrading to a Studio License.
Your offline rights are unaffected by any future pricing changes. Nice Nibbles Studio will provide at least 60 days' written notice (via the email registered to your license) before any changes to online feature access take effect.
Regardless of license tier, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, decompile, or reverse-engineer CONCHA or any part of its codebase without explicit written permission from Nice Nibbles Studio.
CONCHA and all associated branding, trademarks, and visual assets are the exclusive property of Nice Nibbles Studio. The CONCHA name and logo may not be used without written authorization.
Content you create using CONCHA remains entirely your own. Nice Nibbles Studio makes no claim over your scripts, artwork, or any creative work produced within the platform.
